Some technical information about the site:

chrispenner.info meets the W3C standards for XHTML 1.0 Transitional and CSS level 2.1. It is tested and displays correctly in multiple browsers and operating systems. I’ve manually tested those listed below, and Browsershots confirms that things will work and display correctly in almost every modern browser (sorry, Internet Explorer 6 or older fans, time to upgrade) in every major operating system from FreeBSD to Windows Vista.

This site is hosted for free at 000webhost.com. Before uploading and putting my pages online, I test them on my own Debian GNU/Linux machine running Apache web server and MySQL database server. Dynamic content on my web pages is written in PHP.

I use both Adobe Dreamweaver (Windows) and Quanta (Linux) to write the code behind my web pages by hand. Graphics are done in Photoshop and, to a lesser extent, Fireworks. Icons are largely taken from Famfamfam.com’s Silk Icon Set.
